In August, Baton Rouge, Louisiana and the surrounding areas were devastated by massive flooding.
Though No Fault Sport Group’s office was untouched, many of our employees were affected in some way or another. A majority were left stranded in their homes due to flood waters preventing them from traveling the roadways, many had immediate family who lost their homes, while some also suffered the tragedy of losing their very own homes to the flood waters.
This unprecedented flooding caught the entire region off guard, with many of the most affected areas never having flooded. Despite this, our community came together without delay to help those in need. Anyone in the Baton Rouge area has had the pleasure of seeing this diverse region unite and work together to help one another.
Everyone at No Fault has also been overwhelmed by the outpouring of concern for our entire staff. The calls we received checking on us, those who shared about our situation on Facebook, the emails asking how we all fared and even the gift baskets that were sent… All were incredibly appreciated and we’ve been so humbled by everyone’s concern and kind words.
We have always had great pride in our relationships with reps and other customers, and this experience has again reminded us of the fact that we have the best customers in the world.
In the weeks since the flood, our community has rebounded a great deal. Still, there is much more to be done, with many people still displaced from their homes and looking down a long road to recovery. We’re grateful to be here and grateful for the wonderful customers and vendors we have.
