Any business that has been at it for several decades is bound to experience change and growth due to industry changes, customer needs and staffing.
No Fault Sport Group is no different. As we’ve grown over the years, we’ve added more staff in our office and more installation crews around the country. As our jobs have taken us farther and farther from Baton Rouge, we’ve realized that our customers would benefit from a No Fault presence a bit closer to them. That said, we’re excited to have added some new faces to this already energetic and dynamic team!
Earlier this year, we opened an office in San Bernardino, California. This office is managed by playground extraordinaire Rafael Alzaga and his partner Raquel Rocha. The pair has been in the playground industry for 15 years and now, they work as both a sales team and a production team, providing our customers in California with a new level of service that comes from having a team right there in your state.
Alongside Rafael and Raquel in California is another playground industry veteran, Sloan Bunting. Sloan has joined our team as a Business Development Manager for Southern California and brings a wealth of knowledge from years in the industry. Sloan has been in the Southern California region for many years, working in the recreational construction industry as well a science teacher in Los Angeles and is an avid sailor. Sloan is a welcome addition to the team.
Glenn Garcia is another new face on the No Fault team, but he’s certainly not new to the industry. A South Florida native, Glenn has worked in professional sales and management in the commercial, international and government sectors. After working for a national playground equipment manufacturer for five years, Glenn joined our team. When he’s not serving the state of Florida as No Fault’s representative, Glenn spends time outdoors, staying active with camping, boating and other social activities. Glenn has also coached over 30 youth sport teams and was even awarded the Amateur Athletic Union Coach of the Year Award. His energy and experience are welcome additions to our company.
We’re excited about this time in No Fault’s history as it means a new level of service to all customers. We’re humbled and honored to be at this point and want to extend a big thanks to all our customers who helped make this possible.
