LeBron James & No Fault crown their second playground

February 18th, 2009 - One of professional basketball’s brightest stars, LeBron James, and No Fault Sport Group recently teamed up for a second time as The LeBron James Family Foundation (LJFF) and State Farm dedicated a playground for the children at the Robson Boys and Girls Club in north Phoenix. This continues an initiative that began during the 2008 All-Star activities in New Orleans, where the Foundation, State Farm, and No Fault installed a playground at the St. Bernard Recreation Center.

“We know the economy has been pretty down,” James said. “And any time you get the opportunity to better a community for the good of the kids, it means a lot to me and a lot to our foundation.” The LJFF has partnered with businesses such as No Fault in many regions of the country, with a hands-on approach to community assistance, helping create or re-create the places where families live, where they learn, and in this case, where they play. In fact, when James dedicated the playground, he brought his sons, LeBron Jr. and Bryce, along to test it out.

A unique touch to this playground which James has funded, and signified by his nickname, “King James”, there is a large gold crown graphic in the playground surface, just like in New Orleans. This attention to the finest detail truly sets No Fault in a class above all competitors.

According to Jakki Nance of the Foundation, “I have thoroughly enjoyed working with No Fault on the LeBron James Family Foundation playground projects in New Orleans and Phoenix. Their product design was innovative, their soft surfacing provides a safe place for kids to play, and the fact that No Fault uses recycled materials was very important to us.”

No Fault’s President and Owner, David Brantley stated, “No Fault is ecstatic and proud to have been selected by the LJFF again, in providing the youth of the Phoenix area a creative facility where they can enjoy a safe and fun environment. We are all about creative design on the front end and going beyond our customer’s expectation after we complete the installation.”

No Fault has a thirty-five year reputation as the standard bearer in the sport and recreational surfacing industry. For more information, please visit www.nofault.com or email us at info@nofault.com.
