No Fault surfaces are built to last with minimal routine maintenance. We use high-quality materials such as rubber and Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer (EPDM) or Thermoplastic Vulcanizates (TPV) to ensure consistent safety for a variety of play and recreation purposes. These include waterplay and pool deck surfaces, jogging tracks, artificial turf, playground surfaces, and more!
Poured-In-Place Surfacing (PIP) is a rubber surfacing comprised of two layers that is poured in place on-site to create a unitary surface for endless applications. The base cushioning layer consists of shredded recycled rubber tires. The top layer consists of Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer (EPDM) or Thermoplastic Vulcanizates (TPV) rubber granule and a European polymer to bind the granules together. Custom color blends can be created by mixing granules in different colors. Create your own custom blend with No Fault’s color mixer.
Warranty: No Fault’s standard warranty for PIP is five (5) years for Playgrounds and multipurpose applications. Waterplay is one (1) year.
Loose Rubber Mulch from No Fault is made from 100% recycled rubber nuggets. The rubber comes from recycled tires. It is organically colored with UV protectors and is non-toxic.
Warranty: Loose Rubber Mulch comes with a ten (10) year warranty against color fading.
Bonded Rubber Mulch from No Fault consists of a single pour of shredded rubber mulch made from recycled rubber. It is blended with traditional polyurethane adhesive binder and poured in place to create a unitary surface.
Warranty: Bonded Rubber Mulch comes with a one (1) year warranty.
The Synthetic Turf from No Fault features proprietary sports performance fibers that are made from polyethylene slit tape. The turf can be installed over foam padding or a poured-in-place impact layer.
Warranty: Synthetic Turf comes with a five (5) year wear, a ten (10) year fade warranty.
Safety Tiles from No Fault are manufactured in the USA and made from 100% recycled rubber.
Warranty: Safety Tiles in the traditional PIGMENTED colors come with a ten (10) year warranty and the ULTRA colors come with a fifteen (15) year warranty.
