Corkeen® is a safety surfacing solution comprised of cork, a natural material that is both renewable and recyclable. It features a greater capacity for both drainage and thermal insulation than traditional rubber safety surfacing, which makes it cooler to children’s touch and reduces stagnant water on the playground. It’s also well-suited for complex landscapes and is accessible for visitors of all ability levels.
Corkeen is approved by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and complies with the standards set by the American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM) F-1292.
