A unique combination of Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer (EPDM) or Thermoplastic Vulcanizates (TPV) rubber granules, a cushion layer of shredded recycled rubber tires, and a binder that is poured in place on site, providing a unitary surface for endless applications.
