Indoor Play Surfacing

Play happens everywhere, including indoors. Kids and parents love indoor spaces for exploring and learning, and No Fault Surfaces offers a range of options for attractive and durable surfacing that serves as the foundation for your creative or active space. Whether you are building an indoor track, play area or exercise room, our quality products and nationwide certified installation crews have you covered.

Our Indoor Playground Flooring

We have many options for creating indoor play areas in schools, hospitals and more, including:

Rubber Sports Flooring

Available as either indoor playground flooring tiles or a rolled product, this surfacing is an appropriate option for heavy-use and high-performance areas. With a self-locking system or adhesive, rubber sports flooring is easy to install and offers a durable surface for play, sports and more.

Rubber Track Surfacing

Our indoor and outdoor track surfacing, comprised of a polyurethane binder and ethylene propylene diene monomer (EPDM) or Thermoplastic Vulcanizates (TPV) rubber granules, is installed with a single-pour system and hand-troweled for consistent thickness and cushioning.

This indoor surfacing is slip-resistant and even in depth, offering a comfortable space to play and work out. Choose from an array of colors, from yellow and pale green to dark purple.

Rubber Playground Tiles

Our rubber playground tiles can be installed indoors and offer endless creative possibilities. Whether you want a simple monochrome surface or colorful images in kids’ play spaces, these tiles allow you the freedom to create.

Made in the U.S. from 100% recycled rubber, our playground tiles meet or exceed the standards established by the American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM) for accessibility, and they are Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) approved. The tiles are easy to maintain and are also available with a depth of 1 inch. If you’ve considered an indoor playground carpet but want something more permanent and easier to clean, rubber tiles can be the ideal solution.

Poured-in-Place (PIP) Surfacing

Our PIP surfacing is great for multi-functional areas, including some indoor spaces. Our professional teams custom-install PIP surfacing on your site to accommodate very large rooms, unusually shaped indoor spaces and more. Once installed and cured, PIP provides a durable and unified floor.

Plus, you can enjoy many stencil, color and design options with PIP surfacing. Check out our online color mixer to see the rainbow of shades available.

Spaces We Cover With Indoor Surfacing

Indoor school gym flooring needs to provide a slip-resistant surface for sports and play. Schools with indoor tracks may also want quality indoor school surfacing to support athletic performance. School administrators at elementary schools, high schools, and colleges and universities trust No Fault Surfaces for durable, easy-to-maintain rubber track surfacing and rubber playground tiles that stand up to daily use.

Many shopping malls have dedicated play spaces for kids, and our mall play area flooring provides a unified surface that is easy to clean and durable enough to withstand heavy use. With our color options and stencil-ready surfacing, it’s also easy to brand your mall’s playground.

Museum flooring needs to accommodate heavy foot traffic while looking attractive to patrons. But in children’s museums, surfacing also needs to be fun for kids. Any museum with indoor playgrounds, interactive exhibits, activity spaces and other kid areas needs play area flooring that allows more children to join in on the fun and learning.

No Fault Surfaces has poured-in-place, tile and rolled surfacing products that are adaptable to a range of indoor museum spaces. Whether you want a rubber tile floor that can handle heavy play or dinosaur-themed flooring for kids learning about prehistory, our friendly experts can help you choose the right materials, colors and details to make your vision a reality.

Pediatrician and dental offices, imaging clinics, hospitals and other healthcare settings often have young patients and visitors. Activity and play spaces help keep your youngest patients calm and support their wellness by engaging their senses and creativity.

Creating the right play area in your hospital involves choosing the right surfacing. Ideally, you want a visually appealing option that allows more kids to play while also being easy to clean to align with hygiene requirements. PIP rubber surfacing from No Fault Surfaces is designed to inhibit fungal and mold growth when properly maintained, and includes no joints where debris can hide, making cleaning easier for maintenance staff.

Our experts can review your hospital play area flooring options and offer advice on colorful, fun and practical designs.
